Can you rise above to really see the situation from all angles? 

Today I take on the beastly last few months of what has been my lens of life throughout the recent lockdowns in the country they call Australia.

If we can try our best to vibrate higher, along with using that time to grow and adapt then that is all very useful for us. An inward look at the learnings and reflections we’ve experienced can go a long way to making us better versions of ourselves and our journey’s in life.   

Just taking a zoomed out view of it all, especially in these times of uncertainty just helps even if it is only subtly.
