Interview with Ethan Mulholland - Staying inline with the values of the accountability mirror

Published: Oct. 8, 2021, 4 p.m.

Ethan’s story is one to savor when it comes to turning 180 degrees to get back on track.

Listen for the pinnacle moment, it comes true and deep to the core. It is a moment that many ignore, dismiss or turn away from due to the unknown and having to have the toughest view of all looking at self.

Now helping other men on the road to recovery, Ethan is mobilising healing journeys and creating pathways for better social emotional wellbeing outcomes by sharing his life experience. This is ultra powerful as it comes from a place of understanding the real struggle of the work on self.

Taking a look into the accountability mirror each and everyday helps us be inline with our truth and how we approach life. This application to life also comes in handy when running marathons, we share our journey of long distance running and achieved our first 42.2km in the same week.
