Rethinking Landing Pages for Automotive Online Ads

I think that some of the marketing strategies being deployed in 2018 are based on outdated structures that ushered in the need for Google SEM. Today, consumers have no problem finding a dealer's website. Since most dealers have simple, responsive websites consumers can find exactly what they need. So why is there so much emphasis on producing ads based on a single keyword and obsessing about landing pages, when the best converting page is already there.
