He has a Master’s degree in Humanities and advanced graduate work in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Psychology as well as Crisis Intervention Training. As a former counselor for adolescent and adult inpatient psychiatric hospitals Paul offers a unique perspective on adolescent development and behavior.
