In this episode the new Box Office Breakdown Crew discuss numbers for February 10th, 2019!\\n\\nAlso the panel goes over their weekly rewind for a specific actor who's movie will be hitting theaters next week.\\n\\nFrank Moran\\n@HappyGoJackie\\n\\nKari Lane\\n@KariDLane\\n\\nAmy Cassandra\\n@AmyCassandraTV\\n\\nINTERNATIONAL NUMBERS\\nFox got Alita: Battle Angel out early and strongly in Asia\\nwith $32M while Warner Bros began offshore rollout on The\\nLego Movie 2: The Second Part, for $18.1M.\\nFox took advantage of the Chinese New Year to push Alita into\\nSouth East Asia. This one doesn\\u2019t open in North America until\\n\\nnext weekend, and so far reviews on the James Cameron-\\nproduced pic are mixed. But the play here is international,\\n\\nparticularly Asia given the manga source material. Fox is\\nhappy with the results which are from just 11 markets,\\nespecially in Korea where the film came in at No. 2 amid\\nstrong local competition. Overall, Alita is outpacing Maze\\nRunner (+23%) and Ready Player One (+5%) in like for like\\nmarkets and at today\\u2019s rates.\\nLego blocked together $18.1M in 63 markets, including majors\\nthe UK, Brazil and Spain. Somewhat surprisingly, Lego is not\\n\\nas well-known a brand overseas, but has certainly lifted its\\nprofile through the four movies WB has released in the past\\nfew years.\\nFox also hit a new milestone in Japan this weekend\\nas Bohemian Rhapsody crossed $100M. This is the first of the\\nstudio\\u2019s titles to hit the mark since Avatar and the first foreign\\npic since 2017\\u2019s Beauty And The Beast. Bo Rhap is up for seven\\nBAFTAs here in London tonight and star Rami Malek has been\\nputting in appearances at pre-ceremony soir\\xe9es around town\\nthis weekend. In other milestones, Sony\\u2019s Escape\\nRoom topped $100M overseas.\\nUniversal/DreamWorks Animation\\u2019s How To Train Your\\nDragon: The Hidden World was the overall leader at the\\ninternational box office \\u2014 not counting the China movies. The\\nweekend was good for $38.2M to lift the overseas cume\\nto $138.7. Also, Aquaman got his fins wet in Japan, the final\\nmarket for the Warner Bros/DC hero. With $6M, it opened\\nNo. 1 to cume $792M offshore.
