[EP 31] Three things to do when you feel lonely...

In this podcast, I am suggesting that during those times when you know it would benefit you to keep to yourself, you do just that. But if you start to feel the uncomfortable feelings of loneliness then here are three things I recommend (and practice myself). 

They all fall under the umbrella of what I call "Entering the Creative Process." 

There are three things you are can (and you can do one of them or all of them, whatever you choose). Those three things are: Make art; Make your environment(s) more beautiful; and/or Create the next chapter of your life. 

In this podcast, I will explain the four step process you can use to change your consciousness and thus automatically change your life.
