Kristen has been on her own journey of disordered eating and found healing and appreciation for her body through working as a guide in the outdoor industry. Kristen is a therapist who runs her private practice in Bend, OR. She is also the founder of Wild and Weightless, a company that provides experiences in outdoors where participants celebrate their bodies for all that they can do, rather than what they look like.
