Published: July 14, 2020, 1 p.m.

In this episode, we sit down with:

Mangala is a Feminine Empowerment & Sexuality coach, who helps women all over the world to feel confident and empowered in their body and pleasure.

What we talk about:

Taking drugs was a way to control my life, how I always felt judged and criticized by my mom, the figure of a mom as a powerful way to have a good relationship with our body, the many emotions around food, using yoga to be in the present moment, what's the deeper reason behind my toxic relationship?, working hard on loving myself, it´s not about how you look, is how your body feels, helping women to talk with confidence and unblocking their fears, we were never educated about female pleasure, women are encouraged to be very hyper-sexualized, I love eating healthy because I love feeling optimal, what does it feel to be satisfied when you eat?

"There's no way to hide in yoga: everything is there to be seen and to realize how our body is"

"We've been conditioned from an early age that we need to have a certain body, blocking our power and energy"
