BIO:

Kate is a business mentor, yoga teacher, and tarot reader based in Los Angeles. As a mental health advocate, Kate candidly shares her story and experience with sexual abuse, PTSD and an eating disorder with her audience online. Through mindfulness and intuitive practices, Kate hopes to inspire others to radically accept themselves, their stories, their bodies, and live more intuitively. Kate's writing and teaching have been featured in Mind Body Green, Yoga Digest, Prevention Magazine, and The Fullest. Since launching her blog and brand in 2016, she has worked with brands such as Whole Foods, Athleta, Tampax, Dove and Soulcycle on content creation and social media campaigns. Kate was named one of 25 Influential Women in Wellness to Watch in 2018 by Yogi Approved and has shared her story on podcasts including Let It Out, The WANTcast, IGNTD Podcast and more. She's also the co-founder of an events business, The GOOD Fest which hosts wellness conferences for women around the US!
