025: Overcoming The Restrict + Binge Cycle With Zoe Klein

Published: Aug. 4, 2020, 1 p.m.

In this episode, we sit down with:

Zoe Klein a social worker in Toronto who works primarily with individuals struggling with eating disorders, particularly binge eating disorder. After struggling with binge eating disorder for many years, Zoe realized in graduate school that her 'food issues' actually had a name. For many years, she saw previous struggles with binge eating disorder as something that would 'hold her back professionally' and would 'cause people to not believe in her.' She's recently come to see that she couldn't have been more wrong, and that in sharing her story, she's been able to help not only motivate people towards full recovery, but also help many people come out of the woodwork and get the support that they deserve.
