Show Summary:

We catch up with Lex Gillette, a four-time Paralympian with numerous awards. Lex is competing and training 5 days a week and has his vision set on Tokyo Japan in 2020.

Joining us in the studio is Mitch Smedley, an inspiring young athlete who is headed out to Colorado Springs for the Emerging Stars Camp.

Lex, the Journeyman, gives advice and encouragement to Mitch, the Apprentice.  Lex talks about having a vision and how the vision can make everything else fall into place. You would think that 3 gold medals, 3 silver and 2 bronze would top Lex’s accomplishments; however, wait till you hear about his Ikea project with Airahttps://aira.io/.
