\\nKatara is a sought-after coach, author, speaker and podcast host, as well as the Founder and CEO of Katecha Corp, a technology startup dedicated to expanding access to health and well-being for Black Women. She is also the founder of Katecha Cares Foundation, a non-profit committed to systemic change that prioritizes and ensures culturally responsive care for Black Women\\u2019s mental and emotional health is the norm. Katara is committed to amplifying the richness of Black Women and their stories while advocating for and providing well-being resources through her app EXHALE.\\xa0\\n
