Unfortunately the biggest freshwater fishing gathering in NSW, the Burrendong Classic, has had to be postponed due to COVID-19. Monaro Acclimatisation Society spokesperson Steve Samuels joins us to talk about the feral horse problem in the Snowy Mountains where, he says, beautiful alpine streams at the top of Tantangara have been "trampled into oblivion and are gone forever". He believes something has to be done about the numbers of feral horses in the park or more native fish and trout habitat will be "irreparably" damaged.
