On this episode of KSL's beyond the badge, we honor\\xa0State Trooper Charity Thomas of the Utah Highway Patrol. When being called out on a hit and run incident, Officer Thomas was informed by the woman who was hit that there was an impression of a license plate number on the car after it was hit. She found the vehicle, the owner and the friend who was driving the car. With warrants out for his arrest and a suspended license, and was able to put him in jail.
