On this episode of KSL's beyond the badge, we honor\\xa0Officer Mark Sempsrott of the North Ogden Police Department. When a young boy reported a bike stolen, Officer Sempsrott felt a deep connection. When he was a child he had a bike stolen, and it was really his first experience with law\\xa0enforcement. While the police were unable to recover the stolen bike, Officer Sempsrott bought the boy a brand new one. The boy was speechless but incredibly excited.
