Toni Abbruzzese and Mandi Benecke discuss an intro to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. They go over the benefits, misconceptions, and how to\'s to adopting a healthy, holistic lifestyle. Toni and Mandi are currently continuing their Holistic Nutrition Education to earn their Master Level Nutrition Certifications to become board certified and work toward our passion of coaching other people who suffer from varying diet-related diseases. They believe that with proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, many of the diseases we encounter today can be both avoided and cured.
