How to Self-Medicate Without Drugs

     Self-medication is a human behavior in which an individual uses a substance or any, external to the body influence to self-administer treatment for often un-managed, undiagnosed physical or psychological ailments.   It can also be described as the medication of oneself without professional supervision so as to alleviate an illness or a condition.
    At one time or another we have self-medicated.  Any time you have taken an aspirin to relieve pain or to help you relax, you have self-medicated.  
    What if you could self-medicate while taking care of yourself?  What if self-medication didn’t have a negative connotation.  How would you like to take care of yourself through the power of your mind?  Self-medication with the power of your mind is this weeks topic.
