I highly recommend starting out with Massage Therapy, Supplements, and Chamomile tea in your journey to kick panic attacks! It\'s going to take time to figure out what works best for you and to heal your body, because lets be real, your body is a little damaged right now from being in the flight, fight, freeze mode. Your nervous system needs to heal. In this episode I will talk about my diet change, supplements, chiropractic adjustments, and massage therapy.
