Simple ways to practice self care

Here are a few of the many, many different ways to practice self care! Drink water, have a cup of coffee or whatever drink you like, wash your face//at home spa night, listen to music, meditate//deep breathing, move your body, saying no to things that don’t feel right, affirmations, and journaling.
