Mark interviews BPT usual presenter, Sharon Noonan, about how the show came about. He puts a call into the Butter Museum in Cork. Maurice Gilbert from Ballyhoura Apple Farm visits the studio to share his story and as Mark says "behind every great man, there's a great woman" and in Wade Murphy's case, it's his wife and business partner in 1826 Adare, Elaine Hourigan.
