Experiencing Loss, and God’s Presence (Matthew 14:1-31)
Bereavement, loss are not unique experiences. It is humanity’s common lot. Even Jesus experienced loss. However, he demonstrates that uninterrupted time in God’s presence is the only place and experience providing solace to the bereaving Christian. The Creator and Life Giver provides needed grace to sustain His children as we draw near to and wait upon Him for healing and spiritual restoration.
