Tonight on the show we touched heavily on two major news pieces from this week; one of which was the Supreme Court decision to allow Affordable Care Act subsidies from the federal government even in states that do not have their own exchanges. This is another exercise is the fact that the SCOTUS is hearing and decision on cases that are outside of their jurisdiction. Their jurisdiction extends only to the US Constitution, Laws of the land and Treaties. The ACA is not a law under the Constitution. Also, the controversy over the Confederate Battle Flag which started when REPUBLICAN SC Governor Nikki Haley called for its removal from the grounds of the state Capitol building. Since then, the following have come under fire: The Confederate flag, Dukes of Hazzard, Gone With the Wind, Flag retailers, flag manufacturers, Confederate monuments...just state whatever offends you and we will, in THIS country, obliterate it from history for you!
