Season 1 Episode 2. Helloooo binge freedom family! In today's solo episode I dive into body image and how there is a grief that comes with letting go of any of our old diet culture beliefs. Weight loss/weight gain is SUCH a huge barrier my clients face when finding food freedom, but so necessary. I wanted to talk about how letting go of expectations can be hard, but how empowering and freeing it is to finally do so. I also start the episode with addressing some of my own gremlins around talking about body image as a white, thin, cis-gendered woman. It's something I struggle with a LOT but know it is so important to bring to that table.
