Mayor Jose Luis Abarca and his wife were recently arrested for allegedly ordering the massacre of 43 student-teachers in Mexico. As a result, thousands have taken to the streets to protest the government's handling of the case, which has shed light onto Mexico's notorious reputation of government corruption.
