LYVBH College Tuition Talk

In spite of opposition from Gov. Jerry Brown, legislative leaders and students, the Board of Regents of the University of California approved a plan to increase tuition by 28% over the next five years in order to make up for cuts from state funding. This is reflective of the rising costs of tuition in public universities across the nation and an implication of the future of higher education. We'll talk about why tuition is steadily increasing and causing students to down in college loan debt.
