Award-winning Australian director Justin Kurzel discusses his filmic influences, unpicks the challenges he's faced and offers advice for emerging filmmakers.\n\nKurzel started his career as a theatre designer before directing his critically-acclaimed first feature Snowtown. Last year, his adaptation of Macbeth starring Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard was nominated for the Palme D\u2019Or at Cannes Film Festival.
