Welcome to episode 15, the episode in which we take on the mighty "Argo". Directed by and starring Ben Affleck and winner of the Best Motion Picture award at the 2013 Oscars. We wanted to see if this film truly lived up to the hype. Obviously, with this being based on the true events from 1980 their is a lot of oppurtunity to chat about the differences between the actual events and what has been added to the film. But really the thing that we were both fascinated by and really wanted to get our teeth into was admiring Afflecks attention to detail when researching for this film and the tremendous lengths the cast and crew went to to keep it as authentic as possible. On top of that we are spoilt with a first class ensemble cast supporting Affleck in the lead role including John Goodman, Alan Arkin, Bryan Cranston, Tate Donovan and many more to get us interested.
