Directed by Chris Columbus from a screenplay by David Simkins and starring Elisabeth Shue, Keith Coogan, Maia Brewton and Anthony Rapp, Adventures in Babysitting marked Columbus’ directorial debut after establishing himself as a successful screenwriter.
