In the incandescent lightbulbs that we grew up, only 10% of the energy creates visible light, while 90% of the energy creates HEAT.\\xa0 In a Light Emitting Diode \\u2013 or LED Lightbulb \\u2013 most of the energy creates visible light. That\\u2019s why we can replace a 100-watt incandescent bulb with a 23 watt LED lamp \\u2013 and still have the same amount of light.\\xa0\\xa0
