In our 3rd installment of the PPC Hacks web cast series with Experian Automotive, we explore the data behind the metric that identifies people on your website most likely to buy. The metric is referred to as HVU which stands for High Value User. A website visitor on a dealership website that meets specific behavioral criteria over a period of time demonstrates a 14% purchase transaction rate, nearly double that of a BDC.
