This week ON AIR we welcome Lauren Wolfe, Senior Director of Consumer Experience at Drive Motors which provides an Online Checkout tool for auto retailers, or more popularly referred to as 'Digital Retailing.' Lauren discusses with us how the consumer experience in auto retail is evolving, and how her company is working with dealers to help keep up with consumer’s changing demands.

Despite the convenience that we know consumers want, fewer than 2% of all vehicle purchases are occurring online. But e-commerce shopping in the USA consists of less than 10% of all shopping overall, according to sources, so is buying cars online even far behind considering the Internet has been around now for nearly 25 years?
