I reached out to Eliza VanCort some weeks ago to talk about her book, Titled A Woman\'s Guide to Claiming Space. Our conversation lead into a deep talk about many of the issues we face today in America.

This episode was recorded prior to the recent protests around police violence and killing(s) that have been taking place. These are the authentic conversations we need more of and are often times not willing to be heard by everyone on all sides.

We can all agree change needs to happen, Change is happening slowly and is going to take everyone shedding old beliefs and understanding true humanity.

In a spiritual reality we are all connected, race does not play a factor. It is my hope that you listen with an open mind, willing to understand and process the information.
When we come from a place of EGO it becomes difficult to relate to others.

Growth in 2020, it is time to challenge your old beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. Divided we fall, but together we can stand tall.

The U-N-I-T-E-D states, think about that for a moment, United! it does not state only if you are a certain race.

We hear so much about the history of the country, Do more research, do you own research go way back, as far back as you need to to help paint the picture.
