Today we open our series with a talk by renowned spiritual teacher Adyashanti (whose name means “primordial peace”). Adya is an American-born teacher Zen Buddhist teacher. His wisdom has touched the lives of tens of thousands of students through his books, retreats, online courses and broadcasts.

- Discovering what we are willing to suffer for, as a way to orient our life from.

- Remembering that what makes us upset, is really showing us where we care.
