Today I would like to look to the role of Neptune in general, and to also consider the special message it has for the USA this year. We have come to this moment, this most critical moment in our history, and what we are encountering can best be described as an Epistemological Crisis, or more accurately, a Spiritual Crisis. We do not know how to understand the world we have made, because we do not share a common understanding of it or of one another.
