In Bruges

In 2008, playwright-turned-filmmaker Martin McDonagh released his first feature-length film In Bruges about two Irish hitmen hiding out in the Belgium tourist town after a botched job. The film found critical praise and a cult following and considered an off-kilter new Christmas favorite in part due to its witty dialogue and zany characters.
