Good Will Hunting

In 1997, actors Matt Damon and Ben Affleck tapped friend Kevin Smith and Miramax Films to produce their original screenplay Good Will Hunting about a young troubled math prodigy who is assigned to a gruffy psychologist to keep him out of jail. The film would go on to be one of the most nominated films that year, winning two for the screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for Robin Williams.
