The Daily Mess Two Passing Ships

The journey. The walk. The way. The task. The dream. The activation. Here we are! How much time remains? Which I believe is the reason why I wake up so many times in the middle of the night. The inner self wants to feel secure in knowing there are several more hours before getting up to start a new adventure. That place where we constantly ask, “What’s next? Will it be the same? How much will change?” No thanks! We had dinner with two friends last evening. Hadn’t seen them in two years. The moment we saw each other last night it was if time hadn’t moved. Nothing’s changed. But is that judging a book by its cover? In the two hours we spent together, the subjects at hand didn’t truly dive into the journey, the walk, or the way. It was more about catching up. How are you? Then we moved on like two passing ships.
