b'May 30, 2023 I was recently asked about the difference between religion and spirituality. Although I\\u2019m deep into both I wanted to reach out for a more educated answer. What I found was religion is a specific set of organized beliefs shared by a community or group. Spirituality is about developing your beliefs around the meaning of life and or a true connection with others. The young man asking me the question took in the answer and held onto them tightly. Then he came back with \\u201cI\\u2019m feeling something and I don\\u2019t know how to deal with it.\\u201d To which I replied \\u201cIt\\u2019s a new step for you! You\\u2019re supposed to have questions. You\\u2019ll have them the rest of your life. Whatever path you choose it\\u2019s an amazing path to study. Take plenty of notes and keep reaching outward.\\u201d'
