The group Chicago once did a song called Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is. With confidence, many of us walk into each new day hoping to do better than yesterday. Keyword: Hoping. The working lifestyle I presently live is by choice. I do not know what time it is or what day of the week we are presently positioned in. Quiet Quitter's have made it extremely easy for other's to do their job for them. Being a Quiet Quitter is accepted behavior. I don't believe it's because of the person but rather those leading. Lacking is a sense of accountability. Holding people responsible. Accept little to no excuses. Quality is suffering because much of today's working world is being held together by Snag A Job employees. They aren't perfect but they show up! The soundtrack to my life is business not a song on the streaming connection.
