The Daily Mess No Set Plans

b'June 14, 2023 I’m not good when there are no set plans. Yet I’m the guy that would endlessly complain about business leaders meeting to set up another meeting. People get lost when there are no set plans. I’m a creature of habit. I live by way of plans made week by week. When something unexpected is added to the day’s layout I begin to ask questions. Can my plans be moved to a different time? Does it affect other people’s time? Will it put me behind on reaching a scheduled due date? When things can’t be met doesn’t give my inner core permission to guilt trip me. I was asked to lecture tonight. I couldn’t. My set plans have me at a movie premiere and promotion. Where I locate peace is knowing if the space had been open, I would’ve said yes to the lecture. Don’t just reach out. Reach through. Understand and respect your set plans.'
