Developing. Constantly developing. But is there too much thinking? Research shows that when we overthink it's because we are linked to our past and future. Overthinking creates anxiety and depression. Breaking that down. Creative people are usually connected to anxiety and depression. Is it part of being an overthinker? My goals are to always connect the dots. In martial arts we were trained to be greater on the mat by stepping off the mat. To watch those on the mat. Spotting their weakness and or mistakes. When you stop off the mat you'll see a lot more of yourself in others. Get off the mat!
