KJ is an enthusiastic supporter of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation as a nod to her father, who was stricken with Cerebral Palsy his entire life.

From New Paltz, NY, Ebony Obsidian stars as Karen Mott. Michelle can also be seen as Michelle in the Netflix series Master of None and Adrienne in the Oscar-Winning film If Beale Street Could Talk. Ebony can also be seen as Nia in the Hulu series Wu-Tang: An American Saga and Carol in Amazon’s The Hunt.
