Keep Your Words To Yourself

This one’s gonna get me kicked off Linkdin. People are physically and mentally tested. Which means there’s a lot of edginess going on. Time for that conversation. Which I’m going to say about one thousand times. It doesn’t matter who’s standing next to another, expect there to be emotional missiles. Time for that conversation. My biggest weakness is identifying the mindset at hand. Rather than supporting the issue, the goal is to call out the negative. I do so by identifying the abusive power. I’m not trying to win a popularity contest. The days of dogs burying their waste are over. Every person on the planet has changed mentally over the past twenty four months. You can see it in the eyes. Attack mode intact. We can’t go there. The daily goal should be to admit the issues. To generate the energy for solutions. Time for a conversation. There are millions of solutions but they’re instantly locked down by decision makers wanting to keep their goals and ambitions fully engaged in an age where not having the conversation is dividing the highway. In a matter of days the biggest of the best are expecting their employees to show up in the office. No questions asked. Really? The one thing that’s always been missing from success is trust and truth. Time for that conversation. The words department heads and those higher are using are infecting the morals and ethics of those who were lucky enough to survive. It’s time to make it known when you’ve been wronged. Time for that conversation. Instead of judging those who’ve chosen to seek employment elsewhere, call out the negative and start correcting the way people are controlled. It’s supposed to be a collaboration not domination. Time for that conversation.
