Anna’s obsession with music started at a young age watching “Lizzie McGuire” and “The Sound of Music” on repeat. She sang at school and her hometown’s small church choir, which included older men and banjos. She started at the University of Kansas for Business and Marketing, but in the back of her mind she knew she wanted to be studying music. She decided to secretly apply to Belmont University to study music business and got accepted. After graduating, she immersed herself in the Nashville pop writing scene.
