Building on its library of 4/20 movies, MTV presents Pretty Stoned, an all-new original stoner comedy with a female-led cast. Set in Atlanta, the comedy follows two dueling co-workers: Stella (Pretty See) a total stoner with no commitment to her job and the other, Darcy (Paris Berelc), a type-A high-achiever focused on her career. The two women must join forces when they find themselves sky-high in a boatload of trouble after one of them disposes of $20,000 worth of pot from a drug Queen Pin and her henchwomen.
Skye Townsend is being recognized for her groundbreaking characters she has developed as a Series Regular, in the critically acclaimed Emmy Winning HBO Comedy series, “A Black Lady Sketch Show.” Born and raised in Los Angeles, from a very early age, Skye followed in her famous father’s footsteps comedian, actor, and Director Robert Townsend. In her spare time, Skye loves giving back to the community, supporting disadvantaged youth, mentoring, and speaking in public schools. She is also a prolific writer, singer, and painter. Skye can next be seen starring in Paramount+’s “Pretty Stoned” playing Leila, a new-age hippie and middleman in Madame X's drug operation.
