Betrayed

Reading Psalms 55:1-23 (NLT) ~ Scripture reading followed by discussion. David trusting the LORD when the situation he’s in and the people around him are against him. Our natural desire to see our enemies fall, and the call of Jesus to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute you.  The LORD sees your heart and the heart of the Enemy which is why vengeance rightfully belongs to God. David turn to and calling on God for rescuing. Trust God in what He has for you and trusting His ultimate justice in the situation. Jesus faced betrayal too. Luke 24:46, “Father I trust my spirit into your hands” trusting God with his life, death, and resurrection. God has always been calling to go and make disciples even though betrayals will come.
