This is our first Monster of the Week (MOW) episode. We see no Vampires in this episode and shockingly...no one dies!
We talk about the contrast of parenting you get to see in this episode between Joyce and Amy's mom and the cycle of abuse that will eventually lead Amy down a very dark path. We also talk about how Joss addresses very real issues in this show just with a Supernatural spin.
