It is time. After seventeen installments, the Apocalypse Video Krypto-Cast is finally coming to an end...for now (let’s just say a group of fanatic followers and their God, “Zack Snyder”, refuse to let a certain team-up film die). And what better timing, as it has become wildly apparent that the once great Superman animated shorts took a huge nosedive when the series switched hands.

I’m your host, David Snider, and joining me as we wrap up the 1940’s animated era of Superman is Ruler of the Wasteland and animation super-fan, Immortan Hoof.

Listen as we discuss a series so eager to get to the finish line that they didn’t even bother to sync up the sound correctly; Superman senses the end of his animation career and starts phoning it in; and finally, we are introduced to one of Superman’s most dastardly villains: Hitler-Lite.
