The FCC Says You Have 135 Seconds - Fix it or Report it
Sink or swim, Snooze you Loose, and if you can't fix it in 135 seconds, file an Outage Report with the FCC. Those are the rules set for in CFR Title 47. If you don't, fines from the FCC can be (and have been)no less than harsh. After all, it IS a Public Safety Service relied upon by nearly 300,000,000 a year.
