What you need to know about E911 callbacks. What are they? How do I configure them? What about non-DID numbers? Should they go back to the caller? There are a lot of reasons to map these to a centralized emergency desk like security. Will the caller even be there in an emergency? Where ever they terminate, make sure they are answered.
